An uncommon and very interesting bark scorpion species, these are kept semi arid and are a fun aggressive feeding species that grows quickly and has beautiful contrasting colors. These are 2i/3i.

Geographical Distribution: Mexico (Mexico states of Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Guerrero)

Size: Medium 3”-4” (7.5cm-10cm)

Habitat: Semi Arid - Solitary Housing when young, Group Housing when mature (Note: cannibalism may still occur, many cases of females cannibalizing males in group housing)

Substrate: Sand/Peat/Coco fiber/ (50/40/10 ratio) with vertical cork bark. Reptisoil with sand works well too. Substrate should stay SLIGHTLY moist.

Temperatures: 77F- 85F (25C-30C)

Water requirements: Spray enclosure once a week or when applicable.
